Christine moved to the Denver Metro Area in 2008, after growing up in Central Pennsylvania, living in New York City, and then the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Denver was her "Goldie Locks" location. She fell in love with Colorado and has called it home ever since. After 10 years in the customer service industry, Christine made a career move and obtained her real estate license in 2014. Since then, her career in real estate has been anything but ordinary.
After starting on a team in 2014, she broke out on her own, partnering with Assist2Sell. Simultaneously, she got involved with a well-established local property management company, Echo Summit, that managed over 1000 single family homes and condos throughout the Front Range. She was intrigued by property management and the world of real estate investing thus moving her license to Echo Summit to pursue all avenues of Real Estate Investing. She played a variety of roles including business development and property management all while staying active in helping clients buy and sell homes.
At the beginning of 2019, Evernest, a Birmingham based national property management company, acquired Echo Summit, beginning her journey with Evernest. She was and still is a property management consultant working in a variety of capacities as an independent contractor for the company. In 2021, Evernest launched a brokerage to help service their large portfolio of investors, and Christine became their investor friendly agent for the Colorado Market serving the Front Range and beyond.
Christine truly enjoys being a Real Estate Broker and sharing her knowledge with clients and colleagues alike. She is dedicated to assisting investors in both finding the right investment for their portfolio and strategically selling properties so investors can profit the most from their assets. She also loves helping first time home buyers navigate the market so they can find the perfect home for their budget and needs while educating them along the way.
