I hands down recommend using her
Christine represented Cami and I as first time home buyers. Then again 4 years later, as sellers. Being honest here..., we didn't know much at first. Christine educated us on many aspects of buying. She fought to protect us during the purchase, balanced our wants and needs, truly represented us with our purchase. As sellers, we didn't know what to expect either. It turned out to be the best of both worlds. She represented us selling too, and pretty sure we got the best deal possible. She had really honed in her skill within the 4 years since we had first worked with her. Her knowledge of the market was sharp, aggressive without being overbearing. She is committed and yet still supported everything we needed during the sale with us moving out of state. Look.... when someone is good, they are good! In my opinion Christine takes the cake from my first hand experience, weighing in against so many other stories I hear. I feel working with Christine your story is likelier to have a happier ending. I hands down recommend using her. At the very least, meet her and listen to what she can do. She won't over promise and under deliver. She is going to be accurate on what can be done, trust that!
